We are now at the next phase of the Program and are excited to extend the age groups further to create an underpinning program for all interested players turning six to eight in 2010 (born 2002 to 2004)
. Fundamentals and Methodology of Coaching Evening Monday 15th March 2010 Commencing 6.45 pm Bunbury Catholic College Oval, Picton Rd, Bunbury The aim of the session is to look at the key aspects of planning and delivering a training session that is realistic, challenging and is progressive to the needs of the players. The evening is to discuss coaching fundamentals and methodology and will help the coach to develop a session plan that will allow for self evaluation and help the coach to recognise specific aspects that the team or individual may require for future sessions. The evening is theory based and will give each coach an opportunity to develop their own coaching matrix that is suitable for their specific age groups as set out within the FFA National Curriculum Framework. Practical Coaching Session Tuesday 16th March 2010 Commencing 6.00 pm Bunbury Catholic College Oval, Picton Rd, Bunbury Coaches are invited to observe a session delivered by Paul Wozny and James Young. The players involved are the u13s and u14s Advanced HPC group. This is aimed at giving coaches the practical tools of the fundamentals and methodology aspect of coaching. This is an ideal opportunity to tie the theoretical session from Monday 15
